Your Opportunity
The Controller is a results-driven professional responsible for the financial administration of the company. The role brings excellence to M. Gale’s financial practices with important collaboration with the Leadership Team in developing the company’s long-term strategic growth plan. M. Gale is on a path to continued rapid growth and the Controller plays a vital role in financial monitoring, reporting, planning and budget forecasting. In addition, the Controller works to develop new tools to ensure appropriate internal controls, streamlined accounting and financial systems and data analysis of trends to recommend action for optimal results and efficiency.
What Sets You Apart
The ideal candidate brings:
· A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field (master's preferred)
· At least 7-10 years financial administrative experience
· 5+ years’ experience working in a professional services firm
· Evidence of continued professional career development
· A person with a strong ethical and compelling presence who empowers others to take responsibility and set lofty goals for themselves
· A collaborative and involved style that is marked by cooperation, and tenacity, a willingness to hold others accountable and lead by example
What We Offer
· Competitive salary ($95,000-$115,000)
