Your Opportunity
This position offers the perfect blend of serving up passion for the sector, client service excellence and engaging in business development. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of nonprofit clients across North Texas and beyond, serving as both a trusted advisor and strategic growth catalyst. With approximately 30% travel, you'll build deep relationships while reaching beyond by connecting with and helping organizations achieve their fundraising goals and expand their impact in communities across Texas and surrounding states.
What Sets You Apart
As a key member of our consulting services team, you'll leverage your 7+ years of fundraising expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions across our three service lines: Campaign Services, Fundraising, and Nonprofit Management. This role goes beyond traditional consulting – you'll enjoy working independently and in teams with driven and experienced members and play a pivotal role in converting and expanding client relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth.
We're looking for a collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional relationship-building skills, and demonstrates genuine passion for philanthropy. The ideal candidate brings proven success in major gifts and campaign fundraising, strong business development acumen, and the ability to work independently while contributing to our unified team approach.
What We Offer
Competitive salary ($85,000 - $110,000)
